Items Needed for Kindergarten Registration

Birth Certificate

Children must be 5 years old by August 1st.

Immunization Record

Please bring shot records to school when registering. They must be in the office no later than September 1st.

Custody Papers

(if you are separated or divorced)

Three Residence Verifications

(utility bill, insurance bill, checkbook with your address, driver's license, etc.)
