Interested Cross Country Runners
The first cross country practice for the season will be Monday, August 4th from 9:00 - 10:00 am. We will meet on the softball bleachers in front of Durling. Please bring appropriate running gear (shorts, tshirt), water bottle, running shoes and any necessary paperwork (Physical, EMF, doctors notes if necessary)
Note: All athletes must have a valid physical on file in order to participate in physical activity. A physical is good for one calendar year.
